Beatty Hills is located partly in Marple and partly in Springfield Townships. This subdivision of detached, single family homes was built during the 1950s and 1960s. Median age is ca. 1962. Median lot size is approximately one-third of an acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from Beatty Road onto Barry Drive.
