Whiteland Ridge is a subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 2000 by Dewey Homes. Interior living space ranges from approximately 3,200-4,600 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,600 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately two-thirds of an acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from Valley Hills Road onto Grandview Drive or James Ross Drive. The Uwchlan Township/Whiteland Township border runs across the northern part of the development, therefore some of the homes are in Uwclan Twp.
