Deepdale is a subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s. Median age is ca. 1954. Most of the homes (about three-quarters) have a basement. Similarly, about three-quarters of the homes have a 1 or 2 car attached garage.

The neighborhood is generally bounded by Upper Gulph Road (north), North Wayne Avenue (east), Deepdale Road (south), and Old Eagle School Road (west).
