Colonial Village is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built ca. 1946-1966. A few of the homes have been entirely rebuilt in recent years, especially 2005-2007. Median age is ca. 1956. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,500 to 3,400 sq. ft with the most recent homes ranging from 3,700-5,100 sq. ft. Median interior living space is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from approximately 0.66-1.5 acres with a median of approximately three-quarters of an acre.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Old Eagle School Road onto Laurel Lane or Croton Road onto Knox Road.
