Pomeroy Heights

Richard Scully, who operated a coal and lumber business at Pomeroy, laid out 240 building lots called Pomeroy Heights in 1928. [1]

Homes in Pomeroy Heights generally have approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of interior living space. Lot sizes range from one-quarter to more than one-half acre.

Entry into the neighborhood is from Old Wilmington Road southbound, onto Lincoln Avenue, or West Lincoln Highway (business Route 30, eastbound) onto Washington Lane.
