We couldn't find a name for this 1970s residential development, so we named it "Grandview Circle" as the subdivision is clearly delineated by the street and its arterial "courts."

Built circa 1976 the homes *of which there are about 80) range from approximately 1,700-2,700 sq. ft. of interior living space (median, approx. 2,250 sq. ft). Median lot size is approximately one-half acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from South Kein Road onto Grandview Circle North or Grandview Circle South.
