Interior living space ranges from approximately 3,300 to 5,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,800 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly more than one-half acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from Copeland School Road onto Kenmara Drive or Dunmoore Lane.

A circa 1760 Georgian Farmhouse is located at Dunmoore Lane and Copeland School Road; the Taylor-Cope National Register Historic District is located about a mile southeast of the neighborhood.
