Warminster Heights (sections of which are sometimes referred to as Spring Lake Farms) is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily during the mid 1950s through the early 1960s; median age is ca. 1958. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,100-2,300 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly more than one-quarter of an acre.
