Long View Manor is a subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 1955-1958, and ca. 1972-1974. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,200-2,400 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,100 sq. ft. Lot sizes range from one-third to about nine-tenths of an acre with a median of slightly less than one-half acre.

Entry into the neighborhood is from York Road (Route 263) southbound onto Lavera Road.
