Timber Ridge is a limited access, residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily in the early 1980s. Median age is 1981. Lot sizes range from 1 to more than 3 acres with a median of 1.75 acres. Interior living space ranges from 3,500 to more than 7,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 4,600 sq. ft.

Entry into the subdivision is from Highland Rd southbound onto Timber Ridge Rd.
