Homes range from 2,000 to 6,000 sq. ft. of interior living space with a median of approximately 4,600 sq. ft. Lot sizes generally range from about 3 to 7 acres.

The development sits on the hillside across Brownsburg Rd from the Jericho National Golf Club.

Entry into the subdivision is from Brownsburg Rd onto Great Hills Rd.
