Walnut Bank Farms is a residential subdivision of condominiums (Horeshoe Dr, Wagon Wheel Rd), townhomes (Arbor Ct, Fieldstone Ct, Garden Ct), and twin/semi-attached (Farm House Ln, Red Barn Ln, School House Ln) residences built from the early 1990s through 2002. The primary builder was Frank Kelly.

Median interior living space: twins, approximately 1,500 sq. ft; townhomes, approximately 1,400 sq. ft.; condos, approximately 1,200 sq. ft.

Entry into the subdivision is from Heller Rd onto Walnut Bank Farm Rd just north of Quakertown Borough.

Street Names: Arbor Court, Farm House Lane, Fieldstone Court, Garden Court, Horseshoe Drive, Red Barn Lane, School House Lane, Wagon Wheel Road, Walnut Bank Farm Road
