Villages of Northampton

The Villages of Northampton is an Active Adult (55-plus) subdivision of approximately 50 residences built by DeLuca Enterprises circa 1995.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,200 to just over 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,900 sq. ft.

The Chadsworth model was available only as an end unit, while Avondale and Brighton had both interior and end unit variations. These include one and two bedroom loft models.

The community comprises age-restricted residences and managed services include maintenance and snow removal. It is within easy walking distance of shopping centers.

Original models ranged from 1 to 2 baths, some with additional 1/2 bath option. Each unit has a single car garage.

Entry is from Newtown-Richboro Road near the intersection of Second Street Pike (Route 232).
