Northampton Hills is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built circa 1963.

Median lot size is approximately one-half acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,900 to more than 4,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,350 sq. ft.

Entry into the development is from Second Street Pike (Route 232 northbound) onto New Road or Locust Road.
