Northampton Crossing is a subdivision of approximately 145 single family residences built by Trafalgar House circa 1999. During construction, Beazer Homes acquired Trafalgar House.

Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,500 to more than 4,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,300 sq. ft. Median lot size is slightly more than one-half acre.

Original models were 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, 2-3 car garages on 1/2 acre minimum lots.

Access to the Northampton Crossing neighborhood is from Upper Holland Road onto Glen Meadow Road or Providence Drive; also from Holland Road onto Hawthorne Drive.
