Woodland Estates

Woodland Estates (also known as Suburban Greens) is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built from circa 1920s through 1970s. Median age is circa 1957.

Median lot size is just over one-third of an acre. Interior living space ranges from less than 1,000 to more than 2,200 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,800 sq. ft.

Entry to the neighborhood is from Street Road or Philmont Avenue onto Sterners Mill Road.
