The Pines at Pennridge

The Pines at Pennridge is a subdivision of townhomes and twins built in two phases, the first circa 1991, and the second circa 1999.

Interior living space varies from approximately 1,300 to 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of 1,600 sq. ft.

Twins are found primarily on Pine Street with some also on Campus Drive. Townhomes are found primarily on Bryant, Buck, Campus, and Deer Run.

Entry into the subdivision is from 5th Street onto Campus Drive. The development is across the road from the Pennridge High School and Administrative offices.
