Bridgeview is a limited-access, residential subdivision of approximately 35 detached, single family homes built circa 1998 by Heritage Builders. Mood's Covered Bridge is less than 1/2 mile away. (The bridge was destroyed by fire in 2004 but plans call for recreating it.)

Interior living space ranges from 3,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 3,100 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-half acre.
