The Villages of Doylestown is an Active Adult (55-plus) townhome community of approximately 60 residences in Doylestown Township. The subdivision was constructed circa 1995. Homes vary from approximatelty 1,200 to 2,300 sq. ft. with a median of 1,800 sq. ft. Residences are primarily 2/3 bedroom, 2 and one-half baths with garage.

Entry into the subdivision is from Route 202 northbound (W State Street) opposite Doylestown Hospital, onto Progress Drive.
