Clemens Farms is residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built primarily in the late 1950s and early 1960s.

Lot sizes range from less than one-quarter to approximately two-thirds of an acre; median lot size is approximately one-half acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,700 to 3,700 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,200 sq. ft.

Clemens Farms occupies the southern part of Doylestown Borough, between S Main St on the west and Green Street on the East.
