The Village at Maiden Creek is a gated, active adult (55 plus) community of 100 townhomes developed by Larkin Associates. Six different models were offered; 2-3 bedrooms, 2-2 1/2 baths. The community clubhouse has an exercise facility, sauna and steam rooms, lounge, billiards, conference and computer rooms and a kitchen. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,400 to 2,400 sq. ft.
