Brookview

Brookview is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built during two different timeframes. From 1974 through the mid 1980s homes were built on Elaine and Lindy Drives. Circa 1990-1998 homes were built primarily on Alans Lane and Queene Anne Drive. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,000 sq. ft with a median of approximately 1,700 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately one-fifth of an acre.

Entry into the subdivision is from West Philadelphia Avenue (Route 73) onto Elain Drive.
