Meadow Winds is a residential development of condominiums, townhomes and detached singles. Begun in the late 1990s, the combined median age is approximately 2003.

Community amenities managed by the homeowners association include club house, outdoor swimming pool, and tennis courts.

Access to the Meadow Winds neighborhood is from Plank Road South (Route 52) onto Delafield Lane.
