Westchester Woods

Westchester Woods is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built from about 1970 to 1990. Homes on Durham Court were built from 1989 to 2000.

Typical homes have 4 to 5 bedrooms with 2 to 3 baths and range from about 2,300 to more than 3,400 sq. ft. of interior living space.

Access to the Westchester Woods neighborhood is from the Delmar Bypass (Route 32) or Elm Avenue onto Murray Road; from Elm Avenue onto Axbridge Lane.
