Devonshire is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 1970. Median lot size is slightly less than 1/2 acre. Median lot size is approximately 2,100 sq. ft. Homes have 3 to 5 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths, and 1 to 2 car garages. About half of the homes have full basements; the rest have partial basements.

Access to the Devonshire neighborhood is from Dutch Neck Road onto Dorchester Drive, Oxford Drive or Hickory Corner Road.
