Sawyers Creek is a residential subdivision of detached singles (by various builders) and townhomes (Clemens Lane, by Ryan Homes) built ca. 2003. Townhomes are 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths and range from approximately 1,600 to 2,300 sq. ft. of interior living space. About three-quarters of the townhomes have full basements; about three-quarters have 1-car garages. Singles have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths; most have full basements and 2-car attached garages. Lot sizes are less than 1/5th of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 2,400 to more than 3,300 sq. ft.

Access to the Sawyers Creek neighborhood is from Blackwood-Barnsboro Road onto Douglas Lane.
