Homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1-1/2 to 3 baths; most have finished basements; some have 1 or 2 car attached garages.

Access to the Gardendale neighborhood is from Johnson Road onto McKinley Street or Black Horse Pike onto Garfield Avenue.
