Centre City


Centre City is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s. Median age is ca. 1959. Median lot size is slightly more than 1/4 acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,600 sq. ft. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 baths. About half of the homes have full basements. Approximately 2/3rds of the homes have garages.

Access to the Centre City neighborhood is from Jackson Road onto State Road or Columbus Drive; from Bridgeton Pike North onto Phoenix Avenue or Santa Fe Drive.
