Bellemeade is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 1993. Median lot size is slightly more than 1/4 acre. Median interior living space is approximately 2,500 sq. ft. Homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 3-1/2 baths, and 1 to 2-car garages. About a third of the homes have full basements.

Access to the Bellemeade neighborhood is from Main Street (Route 553) onto Hollybrook Drive.
