Gardenville


Gardenville (sometimes known a Gardenville Center) is a residential neighborhood of detached, single family homes built from ca. 1950-2006. Median age is ca. 1976. Median lot size is approximately 1/3rd of an acre. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 3 baths. About half the homes have full basements; approximately half have 1 to 2 car attached garages.

The Gardenville neighborhood is generally bounded by Caulfield Avenue, Delsea Drive, Cooper Street (Route 706) and Clements Bridge Road (Route 544).
