Country Club Estates is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built primarily during the 1950s and 1960s. Median age is ca. 1956. Typical homes range from approximately 1,200 to 1,500 sq. ft. of interior living space and have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 baths. Approximately half of the homes have full basements; some have garages. Median lot size is slightly more than 1/10th of an acre.
