Ashland Terrace


Ashland Terrace is a residential neighborhood built primarily during the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Median age is ca. 1964. Median lot size is approximately 1/3rd of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 2 baths. About a third of the homes have full basements; about half of the homes have garages.
