Ashland


Ashland (also known as Ashland Village and/or Ashland Terrace) is a neighborhood of detached, single family homes built from the 1920s through the 1980s. Median age is ca. 1955. Homes are generally 1,000 to 1,500 square feet of interior living space with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2-1/2 baths. Most of the homes have basements; some have garages. Median lot size is slightly less than 1/4 acre.

Access to the Ashland neighborhood is from Railroad Boulevard north of Evesham Road.
