Catalina Hills is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built ca. 1950-1975. The neighborhood is located partly in Gloucester Township and partly in Somerdale Borough. Median age is ca. 1961. Median lot size is slightly less than 1/4 of an acre. Median interior living space is approximately 2,000 sq. ft.

Typical homes have 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2-1/2 baths. Approximately 2/3rds of the homes have full basements; about half the homes have one or two car attached garages.
