Buckingham Park (also known as Buckingham) is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes by Levitt and Sons ca. 1956. Median lot size is less than 1/5th of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,200 to more than 2,400 sq. ft. Typical homes are 1,200 to 1,400 sq. ft. with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 to 2-1/2 baths; no basements; about 2/3rds of the homes have a 1-car, attached garage.
