Greentree is a residential subdivision of townhomes and detached singles built ca. 1977-1987. Median age is ca. 1979. Detached singles are on lots of approximately 1/4 acre and have 3 to 4 bedrooms, 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths and 1 to 2 car garages. Most of the detached singles have full basements. Median interior living space for townhomes is approximately 1,500 sq. ft. These have 3 to 4 bedrooms, and 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths. About 75% of the townhomes have full basements. About 25% have a 1-car, attached garage (homes on Westerly Drive).

Access to the Greentree neighborhood is from Lincoln Highway onto Fox Chase Road.
