Hilltop is an historic, mixed use commercial and residential neighborhood roughly bounded by Railroad Avenue, Prince Street, Thornton Creek, and the Delaware River. There are many 19th century and early 20th century half-duplex and detached single family homes. A typical home has 2 to 3 bedrooms with 1 to 2 baths and has approximately 1,600 sq. ft. of interior living space. Lot sizes are generally less than 1/10th of an acre. Some of the homes have full basements. Few have a garage.
