Rose Hill

Rose Hill is primarily a residential neighborhood of small to medium size homes. Washington Park is a keystone in the community. Jacksn P. Burley Middle School is located on Rose Hill Drive. The former Armstrong Knitting factory, ca. 1899 (National Register of Historic Places) is located at 700 Harris Street.

The neighborhood is generally bounded by Harris Street, Preston Avenue, Washington Park, and Madison Avenue.
