Historic hamlet center along Gravel Pike (Route 29) a short distance south of Green Lane Borough.

Perkiomenville is pleasantly located on the Perkiomen river and the Perkiomen R. R., in Frederick Township, Montgomery county; a thrifty village of 140 inhabitants, situated 20 miles north of Norristown, the county seat.
