Heritage Park is a townhome subdivision built from about 1995 through 2001 by Granor-Price and Ryan Homes. Median age is circa 1999. Units built by Ryan are found primarily on Royer Drive. Interior living space ranges from about 1,250 to 2,300 sqft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sqft. Lot sizes are less than one-tenth of an acre.

Access to the Heritage Park neighborhood is from West 3rd Avenue (Route 113) onto Heritage Park Drive.
