Hidden Pond began as Richland Court, a development of detached singles by Judd Builders. The project was sold to Ryan Homes who re-named it Hidden Pond. Homes being built by Ryan have 3 to 4 bedrooms with 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 baths and range from approximately 1,400 to 2,700 sqft. of interior living space.
