Homes that comprise the Borough's Gill Tract neighborhood were built primarily from the mid 1800s through the 1950s. About 18% of the homes were built from 1960 onward. Typical homes range from 1,200 to more than 4,000 sqft. Median lots size is slightly less than 1/3rd of an acre.
The earliest homes are found along Centre Street, Warwick Road, Washington Avenue and Colonial Ridge Drive.
