Highland Park is a residential subdivision of detached, single family homes built first during the 1950s. Original streets were London Drive and Jean Rae Drive. In the 1990s the streets were extended and new streets added, more than doubling the number of homes.

Access to the Highland Park neighborhood is from West Boulevard North onto London Drive or Pershing Road onto Squirewood Way.
