Hampton Terrace National Register Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
Hampton Terrace is bounded roughly by Hillsborough Boulevard on the South, Hanna Avenue on the North, 15th Street on the East, and Nebraska Ave on the West. It contains every architecturally significant home style of the 1920's, 1930's, and 1940's (except Prairie style) in a very small, walkable area.
Lake Roberta is located within the District; it is one of a few natural lakes found within the City of Tampa. There are more than 300 private residences in the District. The Hampton Terrace neighborhood is one of several Historic Districts located within the Seminole Heights subdivision. Hampton Terrace has a neighborhood watch program and a homeowners' association
