Dellwood is a residential neighborhood of approximately 175 detached, single family homes built from the early 1950s through the mid 1960s.

Access to the Dellwood neighborhood is from Twin Lake Road onto Alpine Way or Emerson Street or Bradley Boulevard onto Stephens Lane.
