Cedar Park

Cedar Park is a 50-block neighborhood located just south of University City, centered around 49th Street and Baltimore Avenue; bounded by Larchwood Avenue, 52nd Street, SEPTA rail line, Kingsessing Avenue, and 46th Street. In the late 19th century the are consisted of farmland, brickyard, lumberyard, and a hotel. Baltimore Avenue is the main thoroughfare which runs roughly through the middle, east to west. Cedar Park Neighbors is an active community association (215-726-8664).
