Valley Forge Towers

School District: Upper Merion Valley Forge Towers is a group of 3 12-story buildings built circa built primarily from 1972 through 1976; median age is circa 1975. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,000 to more than 2,000 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,600 sq. ft. One of the buildings is apartment rentals. The other two (referred to as the 1000 and 2000 buildings) are condominiums. The associations operate a clubhouse with fitness center. There is an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool. The first floor of the buildings has professional offices/retail stores. A number of garages are available for separate purchase, available exclusively to condo owners.
