Reserve at Gwynedd

The Reserve at Gwynedd is an active adult (55-plus) residential community of approximately 400 residences including condos, townhomes, semi-attached singles and detached singles; homes were built beginning 2005 by Del Webb Properties. As of May 2007 approximately half of the residences have been sol.

The community has an 8,000 sq. ft. clubhouse plus an 8,000 sq. ft. sports pavilion including indoor and outdoor pools plus fitness center.

Singles range from 2,900 to 3,200 sq. ft. with townhomes from 2,300 to 3,000 sq. ft.

Entry into the development is from Morris Road.
