Perkiomen Greene

Perkiomen Green is a residential subdivision of townhomes and detached singles built by K. Hovnanian and Westrum Development, respectively. Homes were built between 1996 and 2000; median age is ca. 1998.

Median lot size for the singles is less than one-fifth of an acre. Interior living space ranges from approximately 1,500-2,900 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 2,300 sq. ft.

Interior living space for the townhomes ranges from approximately 1,400-2,400 sq. ft. with a median of approximately 1,900 sq. ft.

Entry into the subdivision is from Schoolhouse Lane or Trappe Road onto Greene Boulevard. Townhomes are on the north side of the boulevard, and detached singles on the south.
