Wynmere Hunt is a residential subdivision comprised of detached single, semi-attached singles (twins) and townhomes built circa 1986 by the Quaker Group.

Singles are found on Devon Circle, Derby Circle, Paddock Circle, and Herman Road. Twins are on Curry Lane, Hunt Drive, and Steeplechase Circle. Townhomes are on Brandywine Drive, Bridle Lane, Cavalry Drive, Churchill Circle, Hunt Drive, and Shetland Circle.

Median interior living space is approximately: twins, 1,300 sq. ft; detached singles, 1,700 sq. ft; townhomes, 1,200 sq. ft. Median lot size is approximately: slightly over one-tenth of an acre for townhome and twins; one-quarter of an acre for detached singles.

Entry into the subdivision is from Herman Road onto Hunt Drive.
